Short duration. Minimum one month. Maximum 6 months. Use other than habitual residence. Ideal company workers relocated to Mallorca, nautical and health sector. Also seasonal vacations (minimum one month). Conditions: 1. – Monthly rent: €1,250     2. – Security deposit: €600 (returned at the end of the contract) 3. -Real estate fees 30% 4. – Electricity, water and internet included in the price (As long as the electricity bill does not exceed €200. If it exceeds this amount, the tenant will pay the difference from this amount) 5. – Contract for the LAU, use other than habitual residence. Depending on the season of the year you rent, the price will vary.
