What should be a medium-high level neighborhood, in the heart of the city, is becoming an area where the prices of flats have dropped by 20% in value.

The delay in the inauguration of the dog track park being one of the “broken promises” by Mayor Hila, plus the innumerable graffiti and the constant bottles, without any police control are degrading this pleasant neighborhood of Palma.

The residents consider that they are completely abandoned by the Palma municipal council, where they have filed formal complaints on countless occasions.

We will be vigilant to see if the situation is channeled with the inauguration of the park.
